How to use the app▼
Busy Switch
Toggles your AI agent between Busy and Available modes. When Busy Mode is active, missed calls play your custom voice greeting, allow callers to leave a voicemail, and automatically text missed callers your auto-reply SMS. Incoming messages are queued silently until you switch back to Available.
Messages & Threads
View and manage all customer interactions (calls and SMS). Filter by All, Unread, Flagged, or Archived threads to stay organized.
Text Customization
Customize the automated SMS message sent to customers when you miss a call or receive an incoming text while in Busy Mode. Click "Save Text" in Studio to update your message instantly.
Voice Greetings
Record a custom voice greeting using your device microphone or play back your saved audio. Callers will hear this greeting before leaving up to a 30-second voicemail message.
Invoicing & Text-to-Pay
Create and send instant payment requests and Stripe invoices directly to your clients via SMS. Track status (Draft, Sent, Paid) in real time from the Finances tab.
